1. What is your return policy? We accept returns of unworn and unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Custom items are not eligible for return.
2. How long does shipping take? Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days after processing.
3. Can I change or cancel my order? If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed, we may not be able to make changes.
4. Do you offer gift wrapping? Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping services.

At JSSM Jewelry LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your unworn and unused items within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@jssmjewelrystore.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack the item securely and include the RA number on the package.
Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
